If spirituality does not serve life here on earth, it is simply a method of escapism, with the potential for addiction. We meditate and contemplate our way into other worlds, dream ourselves away from here, and prefer the company of light beings and angels in conflict-free spaces, longing to be woven into light and love.

Then earthly reality seems harsh and unbearable to us, people with obvious problems as crystallization points of negativity with whom we want nothing to do.

We cannot differentiate between whom we are, where we begin and where we end, and where our vis-à-vis begins and where they end. If we do not see the divine in this very person, we will not see it in ourselves either.

We continue to keep heaven and earth separate, which otherwise happens mainly through religions. Instead, we now use the language of spirituality for the same purpose.

In my experience, the only meaningful reason for spirituality practised on a daily basis is life here on earth. Healing the relationship with ourselves, between man and woman, between all beings. The realization of the meaning and sense of all forms of life, which contains sensuality. To live is to learn, to live means to love, to live means to be in joy.

Do you sometimes wonder, when you look at what is happening on our planet, what we are actually doing here? How you could start to meet the daily madness in a way that makes a difference, at least in the microcosm of your own life? To plant a seed for more awareness, more truth, more care for each other, more tolerance, more kindness, more love?
