Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As the seminars and webinars offered on this website are services related to leisure activities and are provided on specific scheduled dates (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 German Civil Code – BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
Cancellation of Webinars and Seminars
Cancellation of a registration must be made in writing (e.g. by email). The relevant date is the date on which the cancellation is received.
- More than 14 days before the start of the event: full refund of the participation fee.
- 7 to 14 days before the start of the event: refund of 50% of the participation fee.
- Less than 7 days before the start of the event, or in the case of non-attendance: no refund.
You may nominate a substitute participant at any time.
Goodwill Policy
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend at short notice, please contact me as early as possible before the event begins.
I am happy to offer you the option of transferring your booked place to another person or, subject to availability, arranging an alternative date. Whether an alternative date can be offered depends on organisational circumstances and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Attendance
If you do not attend the event without prior cancellation, there is no entitlement to a refund or an alternative date.
Cancellation by the Organizer
If a seminar or webinar is cancelled by the organizer, any participation fees already paid will be refunded in full.
Any further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
