The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) contain important information about your rights under the provisions governing distance contracts and electronic commerce.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Peggy Vogt (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) to customers (consumers) in connection with the seminars, webinars, courses, workshops and other services presented on the Organizer’s website.
Any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from these Terms and Conditions shall not apply unless expressly agreed to by the Organizer in writing.
2. Contracting Party
The contract for the booking of a seminar, webinar or consultation is concluded with:
Peggy Vogt

Germany
For enquiries regarding bookings, events and other organizational matters, please contact the Organizer primarily by email at info@peggyvogt.de.
Alternatively, the Organizer may be contacted by telephone at +49 (0)1525 7203695. If unavailable, please leave a voicemail message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
3.1 The Organizer offers both online and in-person seminars. The content and scope of each event are described in the respective course description published on the Organizer’s website.
3.2 Online events offered by the Organizer are conducted exclusively via online video conferencing.
Prior to the online event, the Organizer will provide Participants with the necessary access link and any relevant joining instructions. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have suitable technical equipment, including a stable internet connection and the necessary hardware and software to participate. The Organizer accepts no liability for technical problems or interruptions on the Participant’s side.
Online seminars may be recorded for documentation and training purposes. By participating in the seminar, the Participant agrees that audio and video recordings may be made during the event. These recordings will be made available exclusively to the participants of the respective seminar and will not be published or shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the persons concerned.
Access credentials for online seminars are provided exclusively for the registered Participant. They may not be shared with third parties or used by anyone other than the registered Participant.
3.3 In-person events take place at venues selected by the Organizer. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the Customer has no right to request or choose a specific venue for the event.
3.4 The Organizer provides all services with due care and to the best of their knowledge and professional ability. The Organizer does not guarantee that the Participant will achieve any particular learning outcome, performance or personal development goals, or any other specific results. Such outcomes depend on the Participant’s personal commitment, motivation and willingness to engage with the course content and therefore lie beyond the Organizer’s control.
3.5 The descriptions of seminars, webinars and other events published on the Organizer’s website do not constitute legally binding offers but are invitations to submit a booking request. All offers are subject to availability, the minimum number of participants being reached, and the event taking place as scheduled. Errors and omissions excepted.
3.6 The contract is concluded when the Customer submits a registration and the Organizer confirms the booking. Confirmation is generally provided by means of a booking confirmation, an invoice, or confirmation of receipt of payment.
To process your booking, it is necessary to collect and store the personal data you provide. Further information on the processing of your personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Under German law, consumers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts relating to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. This applies to the seminars, webinars, workshops and other events offered by the Organizer.
5. Prices, Fees, Course Materials and Shipping
5.1 All prices and fees quoted on the Organizer’s website include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT) and any other price components. Unless otherwise stated, the participation fee also includes the course materials provided for the respective seminar or webinar. Any travel, accommodation and meal expenses incurred in connection with attending an event are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
5.2 All course materials provided to the Participant or Customer remain the intellectual property of the Organizer and are made available exclusively for the Participant’s personal use in connection with the booked seminar, webinar, workshop or consultation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish or make publicly available, in whole or in part, any course content, teaching materials or recordings provided by the Organizer.
5.3 For online events, all course materials are provided exclusively in electronic form, either by email or as downloadable files. Participants are not entitled to receive printed or other physical copies of the course materials unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer, PayPal or, by prior arrangement, in cash. If PayPal is selected as the payment method, payment will be processed through the payment service provider PayPal. The applicable PayPal Terms and Conditions shall also apply. Participation in seminars, webinars, consultations and energy work sessions is confirmed only upon receipt of the full agreed payment. A place in the respective event is guaranteed only after the applicable participation fee has been paid in full.
6.2 Unless otherwise agreed, payment for consultations and energy work sessions must be made in advance following the initial booking and after receipt of the corresponding invoice. Payment may be based on a written, verbal or telephone appointment confirmation. For subsequent bookings, payment may also be made in cash on site before the consultation or energy work session begins.
Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. In the event of a later cancellation or failure to attend the appointment, 50% of the agreed fee will be payable.
Confirmed appointments may be rescheduled free of charge.
7. Venue
The venue for all in-person seminars, lectures, workshops and other events is specified in the respective event description on the Organizer’s website.
In exceptional circumstances, such as changes in the number of participants or other unforeseen reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to change the venue to another suitable location within a reasonable distance. Participants will be informed of any such change as early as reasonably possible.
8. Cancellation Policy and Non-Attendance
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g. by email). The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the cancellation is received by the Organizer.
- More than 14 days before the event: Full refund of the participation fee.
- 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund of the participation fee.
- Less than 7 days before the event or non-attendance: No refund.
A substitute participant may be nominated at any time.
Participants who fail to attend without prior notice are not entitled to a refund or to an alternative date.
The current regulations regarding the right of withdrawal, cancellations and non-attendance are also available on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
9. Cancellation of Events by the Organizer
If, for important reasons beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control (such as sudden illness or force majeure), an event has to be cancelled, all participation fees already paid for seminars, workshops or other events will be refunded in full without undue delay.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, childcare, pet care or other expenses, nor for any indirect or consequential costs incurred by the Customer or Participant in connection with the cancellation of an event. This applies to both in-person and online events, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Liability
The Organizer shall be liable for intent and gross negligence in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. In cases of slight negligence, liability shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the typical and foreseeable damage arising from the contract. Liability for injury to life, body or health shall remain unaffected. The same applies to breaches of duty by persons acting on behalf of the Organizer.
Medical Disclaimer
The seminars, webinars, consultations and energy work sessions offered by the Organizer are not scientifically recognized medical treatments and do not replace medical, psychological or other professional healthcare diagnosis or treatment.
They are intended to provide knowledge, support personal development and regeneration, promote self-awareness and self-care, and encourage the activation of the body’s natural self-healing abilities.
Participants with existing physical or psychological conditions are strongly advised to consult their physician, psychotherapist or other qualified healthcare professional before participating, particularly if there is any uncertainty as to whether participation is appropriate.
No Guarantee of Results
The Organizer makes no guarantee regarding the achievement of any particular effects, outcomes or results. Participation is undertaken at the Participant’s own responsibility and requires a willingness to actively engage with the methods and course content provided.
